1. First Build Structure, then Start Test.

2. In Plan View pick a Plan Editor mode:

— Wall selection: click a column to convert to/from a shear wall.

— Single-column editing: select a column, apply b-h and offsets.

— Beam editing: click a beam to delete/add.

3. With an isolator, base acceleration drops, the period lengthens, damping rises.

4. Pick a representative record such as "Kahramanmaras 2023" or "Izmit 1999".

5. In Construction Defects toggle stirrup, segregation and column-cut effects.

6. At the end read safety factor, drift, shear and the weak direction in the report.
